Founded in 1975, Reach Holdings is an expert outsourced international shopper marketing and contract sales agency. The business originated as a tactical services provider and has evolved into a dynamic, software led provider of contracted sales to a strong base of long standing customers including Nestlé, Google, British American Tobacco, RB, Dyson, Heineken and Heathrow Airport. Our client portfolio shows our breadth of sector, channel and geographic knowledge and the heritage of many long standing partnerships.

Reach Contact is an outcome orientated, software enabled field services company, specialising in FMCG and technical sales for a variety of clients across different market segments.
Inform provide big data extraction, aggregation and analysis to the Reach Group using proprietary algorithms that lead to specific insight, allowing our teams to know what needs fixing before stepping foot in the store.
Disrupt is a fully integrated brand activation agency with services including experiential marketing, retail display, staffing and POS. Simply put, they are the Reach Group’s creative, experiential and retail design agency.

Gary Mac Manus | Chairman
For over 25 years Gary has strived to lead a business at the fore-front of the marketing services industry. His innovations and forward thinking led first to the introduction of full-time personnel and real-time information provision which changed the game in terms of knowledge and store/retail insights.
Mark Smith | CEO
Mark joined Reach in April 2014 to take over the leadership of the business. Prior to this, he spent 9 years in Nestlé as Customer Director. Prior to this he worked in customer facing roles including Unilever, PepsiCo and L’Oreal. Mark is also a Trustee of the charity GroceryAid.
Peter Handscomb |
Peter joined Reach as Finance Director in 2002. He is responsible for all financial reporting, legal and compliance aspects of the group. Peter originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1992.
Ian Glen |
Ian joined the Reach Board in 2011. He was formerly Chief Executive at Booker Foodservice. Ian brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the Board.
