Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within our business or in our supply chains.
Additionally, we operate the following policies to describe our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
- Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all our employees, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organisation. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of modern slavery or human trafficking. Our whistleblowing procedure is designed to make it easy for employees to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation. Employees, customers or others who have concerns can use our confidential hotline.
- Code of Conduct: Our code makes clear to employees the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing the organisation. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when operating abroad and managing our supply chains.
- Recruitment and Selection Policy: We use only specified, reputable employment agencies to source labour and always verify the practices of any new agency before engaging employees/workers from them.
Due Diligence Processes for Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We carry out due diligence on our suppliers to ensure they provide a declaration that they comply with modern slavery and human trafficking legislation. We identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains, mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking occurring, monitor potential risk areas and protect whistleblowers.
Supplier Adherence to our Values
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We require our suppliers to demonstrate that they provide safe working conditions, treat workers with dignity and respect, and act ethically and within the law in their use of labour. Serious violations will lead to the termination of the business relationship.
Awareness
We ensure our employee are aware of the obligations of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the importance of identifying and preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and business operations.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.
