Reach have success at the Field Marketing Awards

We were delighted to be recognised as one of the leading agencies in our industry last week at the Field Marketing & Brand Experience awards. Celebrating the best of the industry – from sales teams to events, contractual to tactical – the FMBE Awards showcase the innovation and quality in the previous year.

Reach were nominated in four categories and won three Silvers and a Bronze – including Silver for Agency of the Year. Acosta Europe won a Gold for Professional Agency Management – recognising our group response to COVID-19 as industry leading – and Flexforce, Acosta Europe’s tactical field sales agency, won Gold for Small Scale Campaign.

Field Marketing Silver Agency of the Year awardSilver – Agency of the Year

Following on from a Bronze for Agency of the Year at the 2019 FMBE Awards, Reach received Silver in recognition of the fantastic evolution they have seen in the past 18 months. With Heineken and Nestlé Food joining the Reach family, along with technological advancements, it is an exciting time for everyone. This award recognises the quality of service across all areas of the company, including the other parts of the group.

Field Marketing Silver awardSilver – Field Data Award – Heineken Ireland

Data is an integral part of the modern world and this category looks at innovative ways agencies use data in an innovative way for their field teams and clients. In Ireland, Reach introduced greater data use into their ways of working in a way that hadn’t been done previously in field sales on the Emerald Isle. The impact this has had is significant, with return on investment up and greater sales as a result.

Field Marketing Silver awardSilver – Brand Ambassador of the Year – Bianca Chan, Heathrow

Brand Ambassador of the Year is the most competitive category at the FMBE Awards and recognises individuals that go above and beyond for the brand they represent.

Bianca was awarded a Silver for her work with Heathrow Airport. She stood out through her innovative ways to help passengers, using her language skills and personalities to build relationships. Another key aspect was her drive to help retailers at the airport and ensure that VIPs were able to purchase the items they wanted, resulting in phenomenal sales figures.

Field Marketing bronze awardBronze – Team of the Year – Heineken UK

Since moving to Reach in 2019, the Heineken UK team have achieved fantastic results across Grocery and Convenience. With the majority of the team joining through the TUPE process, there was a lot of change that they adopted brilliantly. With fresh thinking and new approaches to solving challenges, the team has grown the partnership between Reach and Heineken. The Bronze award is a testament to the hard work of everyone involved with the team.
