Following a period of shared ownership with Private Equity companies Reach is extremely pleased to announce that the company has been bought by the existing Leadership Team who will be more in charge than ever before of how Reach operates.

Roger Looker has been appointed as Chairman and we have also appointed two new independent Non Executive Directors, Bill Price and Ian Glen. The experience and expertise of all three will prove to be of immeasurable benefit to the company.

The change of ownership will be good news for all and although you will not see any immediate changes there will be positive ones over time.
