REACH APPOINT NEW KEY EXECUIVE POSITION

Reach are delighted to announce that Suzanne Wilson has been promoted to the key position of Talent Director. She joined the company in 2006 as Senior Human Resources Manager and built the successful Advisory team, which provided the capability and skill set required to support managing the workforce throughout the organisation.

In 2010 Suzanne was appointed to Head of Talent and through a step-change from HR to a broader talent remit created an Acquisition Department. This enabled greater expertise at recruiting level and retaining the best of industry talent, benefiting Reach with highly motivated individuals.

During 2010 she continued to build The Reach Academy which focused on raising the credibility both internally and externally for our top frontline field employees, to provide them with the skill set to enhance their career aspirations.
