
The ‘Raving Fans’ scheme was set up by Reach in early 2008 to recognise and reward individuals for going above and beyond in pursuit of excellence. This can be in the form of what they have achieved or indeed how they have behaved. A Raving Fan can either be a Client or employee of Reach who spontaneously recognises an individual or team and is put forward for the award each trimester.
We have a number of nominations from all over the business, many whom directly come from the Client. The short-list of nominations each trimester joins the Leadership Team for an informal lunch and the winners receive a monetary reward and recognition at the annual Christmas Party.
Reach are pleased to announce the winner of the first trimester of 2011 Raving Fan Scheme, is Jason Harding.
Jason joined Reach in 2007 working on the Energizer/Wilkinson Sword account as a Retail advisor for two and a half years. He then progressed into a Development Executive role for a year before moving to a managerial position with the Nestle Food and Beverage Field Operations team.
Jason won the award through demonstrating in his first management role, above and beyond judgement, desire and maturity in the way he has handled the launch of a new team and the client. This has resulted in highly motivated and engaged team who are over achieving versus KPIs which is due to Jason’s leadership style and great initiative.
