Field Capability Manger Appointed

Suzanne Winship has been appointed as Field Capability Manager at Reach.  She has been with Reach since 2002 originally working on Vodafone as a Territory Manager. Suzanne moved to Premier Foods in 2003 as a Regional Field Manager on Grocery and then in September 2007 she became National Field Manager for Premier Foods Cash and Carry.  

During her time on the account she won the 2008 Raving Fan award and the Premier Foods Cash & Carry team was top of the Operational Standards 2008. She was also involved as a member of the field management team who developed and led the delivery of the Reach Academy.

In Suzanne’s new role she will lead the development and delivery of Reach Training and the revised Operational Standards programme to ensure benchmark levels of field capability and operational delivery.
